These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, programs, services, and any content provided by The Superhero Classes, operated by Singhans Private Limited. By accessing or enrolling, you accept and agree to these Terms.

1. Program Access & Use

• Program access begins after successful enrollment and payment.
• Each enrollment is child-specific and non-transferable.
• Any misuse or sharing of class material is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content including curriculum, videos, assignments, presentations, and brand assets are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Singhans Private Limited. You agree not to reproduce, share, or misuse any content for commercial or personal use.

3. Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day conditional refund policy.
• Refund requests must be made via email to support@thesuperheroclasses.com within 7 days of enrollment.
• Requests will be reviewed and approved based on the reason and situation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
• No refunds will be processed after 7 days of enrollment.

4. Student & Parent Conduct

We expect respectful behavior in live classes, communication groups, and one-on-one sessions. Any offensive, abusive, or disruptive conduct may lead to removal from the program without refund.

5. Session Scheduling & Delivery

• Classes may be rescheduled due to instructor availability, technical issues, or public holidays.
• All classes are conducted online, and participants are responsible for their internet/device readiness.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Superhero Classes is an educational platform and does not guarantee specific academic or behavioral outcomes. While we aim to empower children through skills and awareness, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, emotional or otherwise.

7. Changes to Programs or Terms

We may update program features, pricing, or these terms without prior notice. Continuing use after changes implies your acceptance.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Amritsar courts.
